Good value on sale item

Good quality, minor shipping issue
I bought a pair of the suede pumps in black during their seasonal sale. The quality of the suede and the craftsmanship is really impressive, they feel luxurious and well-made, definitely on par with other high-end Italian brands I've tried. They were true to size for me. Shipping took a little longer than expected, about 7 days to reach me in California, which felt a bit slow considering the price point. Customer service was helpful when I inquired about the delay, though. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and the value I got, but faster shipping would make it a perfect experience.
